Need some help - have a claim from 2013 for PTSD due to MST that was denied - 2 years of FOIA requests before getting a denial letter (only first page). Recently had VSO discover CUE's, still waiting on my cfile. VBA stated i wasnt in service & had no dianosis - they had my dd forms 214 & did not bother to pull my VA medical records which show "total social & occupational impairment" dx & treatment starting shortly bef/ore my seperation date through present. how do i file using 38CFR 156(c)?? and is it a supplemental? even if I'm filing CUE's as well?? thank you
